BUYER: The natural person who completes a ticket purchase through tugbagider.com and provides their identity and contact details at checkout.
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and performance of the service (event attendance ticket) ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER's website.
The ticket category, description, VAT-inclusive price, and event date/location are clearly displayed to the BUYER on the relevant event/ticket page and confirmed by the BUYER at checkout.
Payment is collected as a single charge by credit or debit card through our bank/payment provider's PCI-DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure. Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER.
The service sold does not involve delivery of a physical product. Upon successful payment, an e-ticket is sent to the email address provided by the BUYER at checkout and/or the BUYER is added to the event's attendee list.
On the event day, entry is granted after matching the BUYER's identification against the attendee list.
Under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for the performance of leisure-time services to be carried out on a specific date or period (such as an event/conference attendance ticket) are exempt from the BUYER's 14-day right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding this legal exemption, the SELLER voluntarily offers a refund option as described on the separate Cancellation & Refund Terms page.
By confirming the order, the BUYER acknowledges having correctly reviewed the service's key features, price and payment method, and confirms acceptance of this agreement electronically.
Upon order confirmation, this agreement is deemed concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER, and a copy together with the order summary is sent for information to the email address provided by the BUYER.
Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.
