What you need to know about ticket refunds, cancellation windows and how to request one.

These Cancellation & Refund Terms apply to attendee tickets purchased via tugbagider.com for events organized by Tuğba Gider (TG Academy Consultancy), including Sports Industry Forum, Turkish Meetups and other events.
If you request a refund at least 7 (seven) days before the event's start date, the full amount you paid will be refunded.
Refund requests made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund. In this case, the ticket may be transferred to a third party — please contact us for the transfer.
You can submit your refund request by emailing tugba@tugbagider.com with your order number and the name/email used at purchase.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund is issued to the original card/account via our bank/payment provider's secure infrastructure within 14 business days.
If we cancel the event, all purchased tickets are fully refunded unconditionally.
If the event is postponed, attendees may choose to keep their ticket valid for the new date or receive a full refund.
Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15, contracts for leisure-time services to be performed on a specific date (such as event/conference tickets) are exempt from the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, we voluntarily offer the 7-day refund window described above as a customer-service commitment.
