Your personal data is retained for the periods required by applicable law (e.g. the Turkish Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code), after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable regulations.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request its deletion/destruction, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
